Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror and said "why did god create me? why do I look this way? why couldn't I be different?" all sorts of questions like that. Jay says... sure! It's a great question to ask yourself EVERYDAY! There is a story too long here to share but it is about a rabbi who bumps into a Roman guard and asks "Who are you and what are you doing here?" and Rabbi Akiva asks him to come to his house and ask him these questions every day. We can fear these questions or embrace them. We can ask ourselves, "Who am I and what am I doing here?" daily without worrying about the answer because the seeking of this answer is probably the answer itself. Don't worry so much about getting it right, instead live into the questions and go with them. This is the Holy path. The journey is the point, not the destination.
